Eastman Acetate Renew
Barbour eyewear reflects the brand’s enduring connection to the outdoors with a commitment to sustainability at its core with Acetate Renew.
Acetate Renew is made from at least 25% certified recycled and 40% plant-based content and offers the same traditional acetate aesthetics and performance– but revitalized using Eastman’s Advanced Circular Recycling technologies to divert single-use waste from the landfill. Acetate Renew focuses on recycling post-consumer waste such as discarded plastic products to create a responsible acetate material. Acetate Renew meets rigorous performance standards and provides significant environmental benefits such as landfill diversion, resource conservation, and reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

Across our brands, we’re committed to reducing environmental impact while ensuring quality and durability.
Earth-Friendly Cleaning Cloths
Our cleaning cloths are crafted with sustainability in mind, using materials like recycled post-consumer polyester or high percentages of RPET blends. With a focus on recycled fabrics, our cloths deliver effective cleaning while supporting earth-friendly practices across our products.
Poly Bags
Our polybags are made from RLDPE (Recycled Low-Density Polyethylene), crafted from post-consumer recycled materials to reduce waste and support sustainability.
Earth-Friendly Point of Sale Materials
With a commitment to environmental consciousness, we prioritize earth-friendly practices across our printing process. Partnering with Konica Minolta’s Green Products Certification System, we focus on sustainable outcomes in four areas: Paper, Inks and Chemicals, Waste Reduction, and Energy Consumption.Our printed materials use FSC-certified paper, ensuring responsible forest management. We print with vegetable-based, low-VOC inks and minimize waste through modern equipment and skilled operators. Biodegradable packaging materials further reduce landfill impact, while energy-efficient facilities conserve power and water.
