Regional Sales Manager
Tura Inc., a leader in designer fashion eyewear since 1938, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across a defined geographic territory. With an industry-leading portfolio that includes Tura, Ted Baker, L.A.M.B., Lulu Guinness, TITANflex, Barbour, O’Neill, Superdry, and Caterpillar Eyewear, you’ll help to shape strategy, expand distribution, and further develop strong customer partnerships across independent optometry practices.
Required skills:
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to exceed regional sales targets
• Grow the existing distribution of our exclusive multi-brand portfolio.
• Develop regional strategies and open new points of distribution.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to execute brand launches and on-going promotions
• Represent Tura at trade shows and customer events
What we’re looking for:
• Proven Regional Sales Manager experience (optical, fashion, or consumer goods)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Track record of delivering sales growth in competitive markets
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
